"My horse was in California and I was in Chile.. but I got to experience South American horsesriding and Santiago hospitality with Maria and terracota chile. This experience was the highlight of my trip!. People who love to ride horses share a common love of the horse, nature, and adventure. Maria and I rode together on the trail as if we had done it so many times before. The spirit of horsemanship united the cultures of South America and the United States in a delightful 3 hour ride into the mountains. Thanks Maria and Terracota Excursiones Chile"

"I recently had a great experience with TERRACOTA EXCURSIONES on a 4-hour horse riding tours! The tour was very personal and professional through the beautifull hills and mountains of Chile (City). We saw many birds and eagles as well as wild horses. Most strikingly for me to observe and experience was the agility and ease by which the horses went up and down hill rough terrain. Certainly a must do when in Chile.

Visiting the Maria Pinto valley to horseback ride was by far the best experience of my two week trip to South America! Having only ridden a horse once before I didn't know what to expect! Maria helped me feel completely at ease with riding a horse and gave me a few pointers that would help me ride Arremangado (my horse!) up through the valley. Our ride in Maria Pinto valley was absolutely beautiful. As we climbed higher we could see the surrounding mountains and the farms that dotted the landscape below. My favorite part though was just riding through the trails talking with my friend Maria! After we finished the horseback riding we sat and talked for a while we had a traditional Chilean meal. It was so good that ever since I got home I've been trying to make the same Chilean food! I've done a lot of traveling and done a lot of organized tours, but during my visit to the Maria pinto valley I never felt like I was on a tour. Instead it was like meeting a new friend and having them show me around the beautiful countryside!! I've been home for about two months now and I'm already planning trip back to Chile!
